Day to Day Operations
To better help our customers maintain physical distancing, we have reduced our hours and closed our waiting room. We’ve also installed a round-a-bout in our front office to ensure all key and paperwork drop-off/pick-up are completed contact free. We continue to closely follow all necessary guidelines to ensure that our facility is safe for customers to visit.
At-Home Services
We are offering complimentary ‘at home’ services to help protect our customers and employees. This includes online estimates, vehicle pickup/delivery and rental car drop-off/pick-up (rental car companies are open to serve us, but not the public). In addition, we are working closely with our dealership, rental company and insurance partners in these initiatives. Our list of insurance partners includes:

Keeping Things Clean
At CSN 427 Auto, we pride ourselves on always undergoing all necessary processes to keep our shop clean, tidy and impeccable for our customers. We know that when it comes to what you see at our facility, presentation is paramount. That’s why we go above and beyond to keep our shop spotless, comfortable and sanitary at all times.In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and ensure our facility is 100% safe and sanitary for our esteemed customers, our team has compiled a list of increased safety measures to follow during this unprecedented time:
1. Customers can remain in their vehicle if they wish while an estimate is being completed.
2. Customers can call the shop from their car in the parking lot and a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will come out to your car and obtain the pertinent information.
3. For extra safety precautions, the CSR will be wearing gloves at all times.
4. Customers can comfortably remain in their vehicles until their rental car or shuttle service is ready.
5. All estimates and documents will be emailed over to the customer and DocuSign or email will be used to electronically sign any applicable paperwork.
6. While your vehicle is under the shop’s care, steering wheel covers, seat covers and gloves will be used. The vehicle will also be completely sanitized.
7. Keys will be disinfected at drop-off and pick-up.
8. We offer touchless pickup and delivery of the customer’s vehicle within a reasonable distance of the shop.
9. We re-clean and sanitize the vehicle interior once the work is completed, to ensure the vehicle interior is safe for the customer to return to.
