"Just a short note of thanks for the tremendous service Matina and I received from your organization. From the moment I walked into you place it was a great experience. Jason was courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained the process. He also stepped up and said he would contact the other party who was at fault. Matina and I had to do nothing. What was an annoyance (getting hit) actually was a pleasant experience in the end. That sounds strange yet it is true.

The reason I have sent this note to you is because I want to ensure Jason's superior has visibility to the great customer service he provides. Plus I want to heap praise on your whole operation. Way to go, Guys.

Finally, Lorenzo thank you for the quick tour around your facility. It is very impressive and a business to admire. I came home that day from dropping our car off and said to Matina - "Lorenzo is someone we should learn from as we grow our business." With that in mind, I may just call you to take you to lunch sometime as I would like to bend your ear about how you have financed your various expansions. I hope this is not forward of me.

" I don't want another day to pass without thanking you for organizing my car repairs so efficiently and kindly. I am sure you were aware how shocked I was at the cost, but your explanations were clear and concise.

As you know, it is the first time I have ever had to go through repairs of this sort, so was expecting the worst. But from the moment I entered the door of 427 auto collision, I was treated with concern and respect. I very much appreciated the tidy corner where one could enjoy fresh coffee and newspapers while waiting (only a short time) for the bad news. Everyone I encountered at 427, from your lovely, helpful receptionist to the kind fellow who transferred my tires from to courtesy car to my "new" vehicle, treated me with respect. In this world where one frequently receives discourteous behaviour, it is like a breath of fresh air to be welcomed at your premises. There truly is an atmosphere of calm throughout the place.

"I wish to compliment your staff for courteous, professional service at all times. Robin Cadeau was my Customer Service Rep. and I always felt like a valued customer. Questions and phone calls were always returned promptly and answered accurately. When I returned because of a small problem with my heater fan, I was looked after immediately, and sent on my way within 20 minutes.

Oh yeah, the car was repaired perfectly also. I can see why you are so highly thought of within the industry.

Three weeks without "our" car seemed to fly by. The Anticipation was worth the wait!!
I can truly say that friends have noticed and complimented the end result. The Volvo hasn't looked better and runs well for a 95 with lots of mileage.
