"Just a short note of thanks for the tremendous
service Matina and I received from your organization. From the moment
I walked into you place it was a great experience. Jason was courteous
and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained
the process. He also stepped up and said he would contact the other
party who was at fault. Matina and I had to do nothing. What was
an annoyance (getting hit) actually was a pleasant experience in
the end. That sounds strange yet it is true.
The reason I have sent this note to you is because
I want to ensure Jason's superior has visibility to the great customer
service he provides. Plus I want to heap praise on your whole operation.
Way to go, Guys.
Finally, Lorenzo thank you for the quick tour around
your facility. It is very impressive and a business to admire. I
came home that day from dropping our car off and said to Matina
- "Lorenzo is someone we should learn from as we grow our business."
With that in mind, I may just call you to take you to lunch sometime
as I would like to bend your ear about how you have financed your
various expansions. I hope this is not forward of me.

When I returned because of a small problem with my heater fan, I
